We welcomed twenty-two Leadership Lincoln County participants on Tuesday, August 18th at their first session. A huge Thank you goes out to First National Bank for providing a great space and refreshments to kick off the session! The first session is dedicated to orienting the participants to the program and introducing them to each other. Ice breakers and an interactive off-site activity helped the class to get to know each other better. Adam Parsons, Leadership Lincoln County Committee Chair, introduced the participants to the many aspects of the upcoming nine sessions. Presentations for the August session included Mayor Dwight Livingston, a personality assessment by Berva Arensdorf from MPCC, Commander Easterday from the National Guard, education on our Leader Hours service program, Team building and Graduation requirements.
