Family 1st Partnership is a local nonprofit organization that strives to create community collaboration to address community needs.
Through our website application, requests for resource assistance can be made by individuals or agencies working with individuals.
Central Navigation is a service of Families 1st Partnership. Through Central Navigation, we connect families requesting assistance with the agency that could serve them best. The Central Navigation approach also helps identify gaps, needs, and barriers in access to care.
Families 1st Partnership is promoting use of the NE Find Help directory to connect individuals with local services.
