Since 14, co-owner Zach Hiebner has had a passion for connecting through food. Never quite having the opportunity to open his own restaurant but adoring the food industry, Zach had his big break in 2019 when he opened The Good Life on the Bricks in North Platte, Nebraska. Now he and his talented kitchen, serve passion in every plate. Passion to connect, and serve. Good Life on the Bricks is here to serve the North Platte and surrounding communities.
