About Us

Mellow Grind is a mobile coffee business serving the North Platte area, owned by Brian and Sara Frazier. Our first day open was Thanksgiving Day 2023. We love being a little light in
someone’s day and truly care about our customers. We strive to provide only the best customer service with each order. Along with espresso drinks, we also serve Lotus Energy (plant-based energy) drinks, teas, smoothies, hot chocolate, and more. We have a small food menu that includes bagels with gourmet cream cheese flavors, select pastries, and Taos Bakes Bars (granola bars), as well as oatmeal seasonally. You can find Mellow Grind set up at various locations around North Platte. We have also served customers at sporting events, school events, graduation parties, employee appreciation days, and other community events. We will be adding a cart to our business in 2024 that will allow us even greater mobility for indoor events such as bridal/baby showers, weddings, retirement and birthday parties, and so much more. There are so many amazing people in our area and we love being able to serve them!
