About Us

RWE Clean Energy, the developer and owner of Brady Island Wind, is a renewable energy company with over 30 onshore wind projects and a workforce of approximately 2,000 people across the United States. We are currently looking to build a wind energy project in Lincoln County, Nebraska near the town of Brady. Brady Island Wind will produce approximately 200 MW of energy and have a lifespan of 30 years. The tax revenue generated by Brady Island Wind will generate roughly $21 million for the county. That comes out to about $700,000 a year for local schools, infrastructure, and first responders. RWE is dedicated to providing homegrown and reliable energy in Lincoln County.
